Sustainable Residential Development

This development of 4 large residential blocks is a template for future developments which feature self sufficient eco sensitive design. Each residence is constructed mostly from timber sourced from sustainable plantations. They also feature rainwater harvesting, self contained organic sewage treatment, heating and cooling by heat pump, and provision for photo voltaic solar power. The effluent from the sewage treatment system fertilises the permaculture landscaping. These features combine with an all natural vernacular to create a vision for future living that is both eco sensitive and full of mod cons.
